Brand: Akai

The Akai CS-M01, also known as the M01, is a digital sampler produced by Akai Professional. It was introduced in 1997 as a successor to the popular Akai S900 and S950 samplers. The M01 features 4 MB of sampler memory, expandable up to 64 MB, and offers 16-bit/44.1 kHz sampling with advanced editing capabilities, including time-stretching and pitch-shifting. It also includes built-in effects, MIDI synchronization, and support for popular software samplers like Akai's own MPC (Music Production Center) and natively for VST plugins. The CS-M01 was discontinued in 2004, but it remains a popular choice among musicians and producers due to its high-quality sound, user-friendly interface, and versatility.
