The building's distinctive design features a unique structure, which appears to rise organically from the ground, reminiscent of a natural landscape. The façade of the building is made up of more than 6,000 prefabricated concrete blocks, with varying sizes and shapes, giving the building a textured, almost organic appearance. The design of the building is also inspired by the nearby River Wupper, which flows nearby.The interior of the building is designed to maximize efficiency and functionality, with flexible spaces that can easily adapt to the evolving needs of the Heco Group.
