Brand: Mitsubishi

The Mitsubishi DS-25B (mark I) is a tactical surface-to-air missile system developed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries for the Self-Defense Forces (Japan's military) in the 1980s. It is designed to defend against enemy aircraft, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles in their final phase of flight. The DS-25B can be deployed both stationarily and on the move, and is equipped with a multifunctional radar capable of 360-degree coverage. The missile is guided by an advanced radio frequency homing system and has a maximum range of 25 kilometers. The DS-25B system has been in service with the JSDF since the late 1980s and has undergone several upgrades over the years. Today it remains a critical component of Japan's air defense network.
